Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped yet.
Once the order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible due to the nature of frozen food products.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of frozen food items,
we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery.

In Case of an Issue

If there is:

  • Missing items

  • A clear issue upon delivery
