Musakhan Roll Ingredients

• Boneless chicken
• Onion
• Sumac
• Olive oil
• Mixed spices
• Salt
• Shrak bread (thin flatbread)

Baking Instructions

Remove the musakhan rolls from the freezer and place them in a baking tray. Allow them to thaw slightly before baking.

Brush with olive oil, then bake in the oven until golden and fully heated.

They can also be prepared using an air fryer for a crispier and lighter option.
